At Save the Date®, we believe the star of the party should shine the brightest. So for Mikayla Shecter’s Bat Mitzvah, we pulled out all the stops to make the Bat Mitzvah girl glow on her special day.
Steps away from Times Square, the Shecter family hosted the event at an elegant venue with exceptional views. Guests were welcomed, cocktails (and mocktails) in hand, to the glowing evening in store. Strewn about the venue were light up accents of all types; from LED cups and trays to glowing tutus and crowns, the room was awash in light and full of energy. Between bites of hors d’oeuvres and sips from the bar, Mikayla’s family and friends took to the dance floor in celebration.
There was no shortage of activities for guests to enjoy. In addition to the Bat Mitzvah traditions – sentimental speeches, a memorable candle lighting ceremony, and a high-energy hora session – there was a make-your-own t-shirt station, Mikayla’s own boutique, and a funky photobooth for lasting memories.
